Do you have agents in every state?

No. Our programs are only available in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, Alaska and Hawaii are currently outside our coverage areas. Our network of Agents is rapidly growing in the continental United States, if there is a coverage area that we don’t yet have a FreedomMoveUSA.com Certified Agent, we will identify a Broker or Agent for that area on your behalf and help them get certified.

After I connect with a FreedomMoveUSA.com call representative, what are the next steps?

You will receive an email from us with your account and agent contact information for your records. Your FreedomMoveUSA.com Certified Agent will connect with you schedule a time at your convenience to review your home transaction and moving requirements.

How does the move of my household items get organized and scheduled?

Prior to closing on the sale or purchase of your home with your FreedomMoveUSA.com Certified Agent, your move account manager will connect with you over the phone and start the logistics coordination process, schedule the move date, and finalize your move contract.

Do the movers come before or after my closing?

Once you close escrow on the sale or purchase of your home, moving crews will arrive on your scheduled move date at your originating destination and load the moving trucks with your household items. The driver will then transport your goods to your next location whether that is across town or across the country.

How does insurance work for my move?

The movers and carriers carry the insurance for your move. Additionally, we urge you to check your renters or home-owner insurance policies as they often include coverage for your items during this process. Your move account manager will review and discuss these items during your logistics coordination process.

Do you ship vehicles with your program?

Unfortunately, No. Not currently. Your move account manager can refer a qualified carrier that ships vehicles for you to review.

What if I have additional items in storage that are not currently in my home, can those be included?

Please discuss any items that are needed to be moved during your initial consultation with our FreedomMoveUSA.com Certified Agent. They will be able to submit these requirements in the move application. Your move account manager will review the information and discuss the move logistics with your agent. If more than one semi-trailer is required, there may be a client contribution required. However, all these details will be known upfront during the estimation process.
